As did I, he needs to be stopped. Immediatly. It's pure bogus that rot can't use his DLL's to help the server when it's in need of help. He should have permission to have the ability to use his DLL's when there are no GM's on and something like this happens. It could have been quickly resolved. Utter Bogus.
