First of all, I don't see any screenshots saying that they are spiking and that they should fix their issues. They might not know that this is the case.
Second, this replay is too short. In the replay there are only 2-3 seconds where Cream is alive. In those 2-3 seconds I don't see cream lagging.
In this replay u can see Poster lagging pretty hard though. Like you said it took quite a few seconds for the meds to register.
So I will give them both a verbal warning, because the replay is too short and because they might not know that they are spiking. I will keep a close eye on them if I see them in the future. Thanks for reporting.
