Most obvious underclock ever..
You know when I say people underclock it's just because they have a good lead or they get lucky.. because to be honest I thought it was just a bullshit but after fighting him and watching this guy playing I believe in underclocking -.-'.
He might not spike but everytime he hits me , my hp goes down, just check it.. Also I always die with an aimed shot (no lead).
