Spiker trash talking

Reason: Spiking. Told he he was spiking and he scolded me, after I told him I was recording he changed to another account and continued playing. It was so obvious that it's the same guy as the ping spikes were exactly the same. Besides that part that the trash talking made it gave him out. Why are we keeping this kind of toxic and obnoxious guy on FGUNZ. Does not try to fix the lag/spike and scolds ppl instead. I believe this is not the first time any one reports him

Sorry he ran when I told him I was recording. But essentially these 2 characters are the same guy couldn't it be "combined"?
