Actually tried to get to a solution this time...

Reason:
Letting a forcelagger get +2 in an event, claiming he was watching pings the entire event, and even while he slapped him in 2-3 other rounds, he claimed user wasnt lagging in the other 2, where he won. I was told to report because he wouldnt take a second look at the recordings.

9/10 of your screenshots show the user having 130-200 ping. One screenshot, the first one, shows the user having 245 ping.
As I said to you ingame, I was keeping tab clicked down and was watching the pings the whole time, like I always do in events that don't require much focus in hosting. Aside of that, I had Ben to help me out regarding laggers. The 2 rounds he won were not punishable, he had very minor spikes (150 to 180). The 2 rounds that he was slapped is where he reached to 250+.

Nothing more to say here, let GMs decide if this is punishable regarding Ramphage.

Screenshots of ping were provided, as those are mandatory. They do not have to show the user going to 1000 ping to issue a warning in a forcelag report.
The user constantly teleports around in the recording, and therefore should not have been awared 2 event points.
