hi when ever i am trying to take a screenshot on windowed mode i am getting disconnected, is there a way to fix that?

Does this only happen with windowed mode or full screen too?

If it's only windowed mode, you can try lowering all video setting to "low" which might help.

For some reason it's like that for me too, I just have to take screenies in fullscreen :[ OH but you COULD use prnt scrn and paste into paint if you want, that SHOULD work in windowed

by disconnected you mean that it takes you to the login screen, or that it just crashes the game?
also, do you see a message stating that the screenshot was saved, and if so, does it actually save it on the folder before (taking you to the login screen / crashing) or does it not save it at all?

it crashes the game and no I don't see the message

if u are in windowed mode maybe use lightshot or some
