Reasons to reporting - This person heavily insulted me. The reason was my leaking from the base to kill him as we had spent 5 minutes waiting. I do not believe that this action can lead to such malice. In any case, here is the evidence

Considering he began whispering you after the phrases, I'd mute him for a day or so. Whether or not he deserves a warning should be left upto an official. I would say no considering he was slightly provoked (not blaming you at all lol, noone deserves to be harassed to this extent). I'd also suggest you use the /ignore function or reject your whisper to stop him from making any contact with you what so ever.
