Edit: Looking at his past mute, due to its severity and coorelating towards this one, I do believe this user deserves a mute. He clearly does not care. And after his mute, I believe if he's consistent with being racist towards others, he has a warn coming his way eventually.

I think the user should be muted for 24 hours as he said it twice and you took it offensive. He's intention was obviously to hurt you which is completely wrong.
