So looking at this report. I probably saw about 1 or 2 battles in which the user is teleporting. The rest is most likely due to distance lag. Theres been a couple moments where the user stood still (Perhaps in attempt to fix their internet?). In my opinion, you were a little too quick to report and didn't give the user enough time to fix their spike. Although, the user should've been aware of the spike and fixed it so to meet in the middle I believe that the user should receive a Verbal Warning in regards to their spike. If found doing so again, then after the user should receive a Warning. Please be patient as an official GM will be making the final decision shortly.

The user was indeed spiking at the beginning and he did ignore your warning about his net issues. However, it somehow got fixed next round and his ping was kinda stable. Then he asked "i teleport?" even though he wasn't lagging anymore and none replied to him, and then a few seconds later the replay was over.

Overall, I'm gonna give him a verbal warning because he completely ignored you when you informed him about his net issues.
    Thanks for reporting!
