    Mind you, when you report a person for swapping via a replay, please press tab during the replay so their ping updates.
    He is however spiking across the room despite being 16-30 ping to you, therefore deserving a warn considering he never tried fixing the problem (even as asked him to).

    The player is obviously spiking and I've also witnessed this myself while in-game the other day.
