You can reset lvl infinite amount of times, you can only rebirth for coins 2 times a month though.

As Legit said in your previous report, there is a function which allows you to reset the level of your character when you are level 99 without rebirthing (= no coins) at FGunZ.net - character management. According to our logs, it shows that he only rebirthed once so as Legit said, he has done nothing wrong.
