I wouldn't say it needs any changes honestly, and this is coming from someone who also gets shit luck (Still don't own a LBX, LB or most of any of that. Only got Blades of the Warrior by random luck after so many attempts). Not sure if you're aware of the feature on the FGunZ site, but part of what helped fund towards my luck for that BOTW though is the "recycle" feature that was implemented:
It's like a scratch ticket. If you don't win the big jackpot dollar amount, you're still partially compensated with something to fund towards the next ticket. Just have to hope that luck is in your favor for the next time.
