IGN of reported player: MusturdCake

Reason: In the Map Stairway MusturdCake was repeated told by ME and a Official ET (bipolarity) and other players that he was spiking hard, but he just kept playing and killing. He annoyed bipo to ask him if he lags and even when ET plus other players in the room said he did lag he did nothing to fix or nor solve the problem. He is KNOWN for force lagging to gain advantage in these rooms and some how gets away with it every time, I hope you all take this into serious consideration since he is LITERALLY known for this.

I've talked to Bipolarity and he confirmed your story, he did warn him a few times and he even sent additional evidence:

According to all of the evidence above, at least 4 players informed him about his net issues and he kept playing. Therefore, user has received a warning.
