    Suggestion type:
    Forum/FGunZ/Other
    Forum+Fgunz

    Suggestion description:
    Would be nice if ets had the ability, in the cp, to schedule an event for a short amount of time ahead (as much ahead of time as possible), and then, players on discord and on forum could see the remaining time until the next event, even if its like, 10 minutes before events start. Once the timer reaches 0, the event notification will turn on and the ZChat bot thing on forum will state events are about to start aswell as the discord notifying bot. The timer would look something like a clock next to the "No events currently ingame" or something like that.

    Some notes as to why this would be good and what it involves;
    • Players will be able to prepare ~10 minutes in advance to be more available to play. I predict higher event participation with this change.
    • Players will be automatically dinged on the forum if they choose to because as it stands ets are constantly stating "events" or something along those lines every time they host in the hopes of players on forum to see and join
    • The forum bot (and not the discord bot, or that will get annoying) will announce every so often (30 minutes?) in the chat again, that events are currently ongoing.
    • If an event moderator has to cancel, he simply has to turn off the event notifier. The previous point is dependent on the background check that the event notifier is still turned on.

    Bad idea cause all questers on this server already have events on their IRL time schedule/alarm clocks.. and the staff who host usually post it in forum chat minutes before they host most of the time so then it falls on yourself to start checking.
