After reviewing both of the reports I do agree with you on this one, you were spiking but was just chilling at the top of the map with Tripsik, you did spike when you got 1 of the kills, however not worth a warning. In the future if two or more players complain about your spike/lag then either fix your net issues or leave the room immediately.
I'm happy to remove the warning but please take this as a verbal warning and avoid repeating similar mistakes, flaming is also not tolerated as you know.
I have also spoken to Ommadawn who has agreed.
