Also as a side note: I would like some more information about what is reportable in terms of death avoidance;

• What is the threshhold for number of definitive death avoids for a report?
• If someone only attempts to avoid death but fails every time because theyre bad at avoiding death by rejoining, is it still punishable if obvious?
  
  • What is the threshhold for the number of times for such kind of deathavoid, if the answer is that it is reportable?
• Is avoiding death by jumping to oblivion when you are being chased by someone reportable?

About the flaming part: too minor, people say worse things and we've decided long time ago not to be as strict as we used to be. And before you say my opinion isn't valid, I've discussed with another GM about that part.

About the spiking part: I've seen only one moment of spiking/lagging in those replays and it was too minor, also her ping was stable in the replays and in the screenshots you've provided. Also, I've talked to you in private to make sure you didn't forget to upload the spiking replays and you told me to ignore the spiking part.

About the avoiding death part: User has been warned.

Q: What is the threshhold for number of definitive death avoids for a report?
A: It is punishable when the user does it 3 times or more.

Q: If someone only attempts to avoid death but fails every time because theyre bad at avoiding death by rejoining, is it still punishable if obvious?
A: No it is not punishable but we might take it into consideration if the user does it constantly. However, if you report someone for only trying to avoid death then the report will get declined.

Q: Is avoiding death by jumping to oblivion when you are being chased by someone reportable?
A: No it is not reportable because the user still dies and he/she even loses exp for doing so. Not to mention it affects the user's K/D as well.
