Legendary items like Phsychobreaker [H] really aren't worth it, the only difference between it and an sg from donor shop is delay, which isn't that useful.
200 coin heavy sg from shop only has 50 delay higher than the LEGENDARY Phsychobreaker [H] and all the other stats are the same.
Its a shame, the sg looks super cool, though its stats are bad and not worthy of being called legendary what so ever.
ppl won't even take it as a gift becus of its stats lol
I suggest a change/buff to the sg
maybe make it 4 bullets instead of 3, that would seal the deal.
