A replay is needed when it comes to flaming reports to confirm the other side didn't get provoked. He clearly did get provoked as it's possible to see in your screenshots, both of you were flaming each other but you can still provide a replay if you want.

The reason behind the requirement of the replay is in order to ensure that the user reported was not provoked.
