because he does it extremely consistently which enables him to teleport halfway across top area, hitting people from 5 meters away.
If its not a macro (which i doubt it isnt because he does it so consistently), imo this should not be allowed in the game.

Additionaly, during RFD events when the host states he will be using ghost lunge (those who can macro), it looks similar to this.
