Most new crosshairs are pretty cool. Not something I'd use but the colouring option is really good (sadly it doesn't work so well on custom crosshairs, but that's a given). I'd like to see a disable crosshair option, which would effectively give the 'no crosshair' effect, would be a really good addition IMO
