make snipers gr8 again

Suggestion description:
Make the movement speed default with snipers like in sgs, if that would happen snipers game-play will be much improved.
Snipers don't stand a chance in a duel , in tdm gotta camp etc.. not fun to play sniper unless vs another sniper (that needs a change)

If possible to have this option; having no xhair, just a zoom in like in alt z mode (except you could see your health)

separate crosshair pick for snipers? with several of the options pre-added and players can add custom crosshairs which, ingame, would automatically display with a black screen and a circle cutout in the center

I think having the option to choose which sniper scope crosshair you want in settings is better because it depends on the individual's preference imo
