    Add FGunZ to the exception list of your anti-virus and firewall. Also, turn off windows defender.

    It's easy, you either have Firewall on or BitDefender/WinDefender on.
    Uninstall those and you'll be good to go.

    It's a common problem I come across with users on a daily basis, it's definitely an anti-virus stopping the connection between your ISP and the server.

    Do what George says, restart computer and re-download FG, it should work.
