    It's easy, you either have Firewall on or BitDefender/WinDefender on.
    Uninstall those and you'll be good to go.

    I've helped hundreds of users with your issue, all of them stated they don't have it and when I go with TeamViewer on their PC, I can see it installed/enabled.
    Something is blocking your connection to FGunZ, therefore, the issue is on your end.
