"clean", that's exactly the point.

You can still make it clean and make it look with a modern design, doesn't look that good and takes too much space on the left side of the monitor.

True, but simple clean is less effort and same effect.

Also this was hard coded into the client unlike all the other HP UI designs of other servers (the design).
