I'd assume its a bug. Regardless, its kinda hard to tell from just this recording. His ping seems fine so its not an AE issue, I know the ability from the palmpoa isnt always completely accurate (you can dodge it sometimes by standing still). Did he take any damage at all during the entire quest?
