[Help - Account] Cant remember old account details

Hi guys, I thought I still remembered my old account details but I seem to have forgot.
my main character is still active so I know no one has hacked it or what ever.

I don't think I have the email attached to the account either. any help on what I can do?

can see form the image I haven't logged in over the last 4 years and its one of my older accounts full of donation items I paid for

I’ve got the same issue not played since 2013 forgot all my info and when I request my password on my email it don’t send it, had to make a new account until can get resolved
