There's no point in second chances, what would be the point in the ban? You're giving them another chance to do wrong.

We ban people because there a nuisance or some kind of danger that poses a threat to the players and server. Yes, we use to give second chances but don't we regret it now? Take Ricardo for example, his still the same old Ricardo that trolls/flames etc..

I do and then I don't. The example you stated yes I agree with ya'. In this case I would say no if we havn't given 2nd chances to others already.

Strike was on of my cw partners before he got banned also a good friend of mine.

All i can say is if he gets unbanned ill be sure to keep a close eye on him, any wrong moves and ill ban him myself without question.
