    The replays from mediafire show me nothing, but the youtube video shows me that you did indeed get kicked instantly. Unfortunately there isn't that much evidence to show that the kick function is being abused. The two players you listed don't seem to be acquainted, but I assume that the rest of the room just pressed "Y" because a kick was present.

    Consequences:

    kendwreck - Is to receive a Verbal Warning for kicking instantly.
    an000000s - No consequence.
