I am indeed running the game on a laptop, Asus GL552VW.
Tried the settings, seems to have fixed it a little bit but I still receive every know and then stutters/freezes.

I shouldn't try to lower my settings to boost my fps's because the game runs on 240fps high settings.
    Any other recommendations? :/

Enable Archetype in-game from the 1337 Tab.
Set your FPS in-game to unlimited by setting it to '0'
    Try running disk defragmenter.
Scan your computer for viruses with Malware-Bytes.
Close any background programs you don't need.
