imo, it's a LP ( large picture ) and not a signature, so fix the size.
i suggest you do around 400x150 ( best size to begin with ).
also it seems that you only added a bubble effect and some text.. ( it seems i don't really know what you did to it. )
the text is big.. try making it smaller and pleace it near the render.
best way for the text is to blend it in with the BG colors etc etc to make it look like a "part of the picture".
try adding some more effect and a border wouldn't hurt

good job for a first timer tho, keep it up
