If your gunz.exe gets deleted every time then you didn't shut down completely on 100% one of your firewalls/AV.
Either your Windows Firewall or the integrated Windows anti-virus

fixed it thanks, bit of messing about with my firewall / AV and added admin permissions to the whole folder
