I have reviewed your replay more than once and I couldn't really spot anything out of the ordinary, everything seemed normal. Just a few spikes here and there but that could just be their high ping. No from me.

Agreed with my colleagues opinions.

It's definitely not UC, the user spikes due to poor net connection, we will send out an offline message so in the future the user will attempt to fix it.
