Hi,

User was indeed flaming and seems to be unprovoked from the replay. Agreeing with Amzz, he should be muted for 24 hours. There is also a /ignore function to ignore and block out messages on players and I recommend you use it.

i did the /ignore thing but it doesn't work for me cuz i still can see him texting in general chat (while playing the game)

You must do /ignore name not just /ignore on it's own.

The user has been muted for 24 hours.
