It's an old email that's been deactive for about 5 years, and the account has 2 posts. I'm not exactly fuming over it. I could give you the old email the forum account was registered under, and ask for it to be changed.
The only proof I would have is how long I've used the name on Discord and other games. Even then that won't prove it's the same person.
