Like 2 years ago my brother signed in to my account. he saw like 400 donation points on my account. he was thinking that maybe we had that because we didnt log in for a while.. He bought some lucky boxes with it hoping for the Limited breaker. but after he did that he saw that we were missing 2 of our best shotguns. idk why but my shotguns were gone a got 400 coins back for them lol. but now im missing those 2 shotguns. can you please refund me or maybe or help in any kind of way. I want to return to the server but im not going to pay again for those shotguns. Please help this Old-Gen ^^

Unfortunately any consumable items or lucky/cosmetic boxes cannot be refunded. But ask yourself, would you have asked for a refund if you won 1 or 2 limitbreakers from those lucky boxes? Most likely not, which is why we can't refund it.
