monitoring your actions via AC is part of removing cheaters in a game where its difficult to detect them automatically, atleast they don't literally admit to sell your personal data to other sources like facebook does.

honestly, nobody cares enough to monitor your pc.

if this entire thing bothers you so much uninstall the anti-cheat after playing and install it again when you play valorant.
