Mouse is too personal to recommend. Go to a store that sells them and hold them in your hand. Go with the mouse that feels most comfortable. I have been using the MX518/G400 series since the release, never want another mouse ever again.
For keyboard. It's all about mechanical switches. Some prefer MX Browns (me), some Reds (my brother), some Blues (my friends). Same advice here. Go to a store and type on them. There are hundreds of different keyboards, tens of different switches. You'll hate half of them, you'll love the other half.
