Glad CW Changes

I find it odd that so many people vote to remove Citadel.

As I'm preparing the update and removing CW maps, I've just noticed that we don't even have Citadel in the CW map pool. So I'm just letting you know that we can't remove Citadel from the CW map pool because it's not part of our CW map pool.

What I have removed from the CW map pool for the next patch is: Island Temple, Pavilion

If there's another map that should definitely be removed, let me know.

I think Dojo or Arena is not something Gun-CWers really want. We will add specific maps for Glad CW (seperated from Gun CW maps) in future though. And we can add maps for a specific number of players only, like we have Garden Small showing up for 2v2 only right now.
