    IGN of reported player: ^9Ropen^N

Reason: Force-lagging/Spiking terribly in Stairway room. He was warned multiple times to fix his spikes, but he refused to do this. The mere fact that, at some point, he began to mimic me by typing "Ropen fix your lags" shows uncaring and disrespecting gameplay towards other players.

    Proof/Evidence: https://www.sendspace.com/file/64g02o
The replay is 13 minutes long.

“Every spirit builds itself a house, and beyond its house - a world, and beyond its world - a heaven.
Know then, that the world exists for you: build, therefore, your own world”

    Hi there.

After watching the replays from both sides, I have come to the conclusion that the user should not receive a punishment.
There was around 20 people in that room switching in and out, and multiple of those users being staff members.
There was only one person complaining about his lag.
His game play looked fine, and he interacted with several users.

The user will be verbally warned, and if he gets reported for a spike in the near future once again he will then be punished.
But for now it seems as though this is coming from a feud that will not be tolerated from all parties.
    Thanks for reporting.
