I'll be fully honest with you two, I saw nothing suspicious and I'll explain everything.

Aimbot:

I saw no signs of Aimbot. During the replays I've seen how both of you said things like "look how he hits behind the pillar". The simple explanation for that would be - Distance Lag. If you guys have noticed, he is 120~ ping to BIGBANDSONME and 185~ ping to Daisyblue which means there's around one second delay for BIGBANDSONME and somewhere around 2 seconds delay for Daisyblue. So while you see him basically shooting the air and killing someone else while he's standing behind a pillar, on his screen everything is fine. Other than that, his damage was fine, most of his shots were close-mid range. Another reason why you probably thought he was aimbotting is because he tried to make it look suspicious by the fact he was sometimes tumbling and shooting without reloading.

Damage Reduce:

At first I also thought there's something weird but there were only 1-2 suspicious rounds. Either the damage reduced should be constant or the effect of damage reducing would be consistently active and that's not any of those cases. I personally wouldn't take actions because of 2 suspicious rounds.

Underclock:

I don't think he was UCing either, his movements were perfectly fine. As I said above - most of his shots were close-mid range which might explain the high damage he has dealt. I agree that sometimes he had far PBs but nothing abnormal in my opinion.

Overall, it is a no from me but I'll leave it open so the other GMs could have a look at it as well.

I see nothing out of the ordinary other than Lag. He is clearly missing plenty of shots. His ping is around 180 so that distance is what's causing it to seem suspicious. Its also going to be a NO from me as well.

Hi,

After reviewing both of your replays I don't see a case of Under-clock. Yes there was increased damage but with the distance the shots were going it is very common to deal that type of damage. As for the aimbot, I don't think this was the case either as some shots were just delayed due to common lag as is shown multiple times where there was a tiny delay from shot to damage.

As a whole we have come to the conclusion that this is not an UC or Aimbot.
