Increase sniper clip

3 clip can be abused if the aim is flawless, but i agree 4 clip not 5 clip would put snipers on a more competitive level

Increased Sniper clip (3 -> 4) and total bullets (21 -> 24) in the next update.

Actually a bigger buff as the last buff, I am interested to see if we see an increase of sniper players with this buff.
