I have a question for the smarter ones, how high can I set my GPU MHz to? Is there even a limit? Will setting it too high mess with the movement? Or is this "overclocking" method achieved via third party software? Never really had a GPU that could change MHz so total noob here, please help

    Depends on your GPU card.
Each GPU has its factory clock speed. you can overclock it with software such as msi afterbuner.

    This.

You can OC the memory clock and the core clock, by how much depends on your exact GPU model. It won't mess with the movement. Depending on the OC you could increase the FPS in games by probably ~10% or so.

Oh, so am I understanding correctly that I can overclock my gpu to my GPUs limit, but overclocking the cpu will instead mess with the movement?

There's more to it to alter the movement, but basically yes. You can still OC your CPU in the bios and that won't mess with the movement.
