Hi, thanks for reporting!

First of all, you should learn what 'force lagging' is.
Secondly, your recording of 47 seconds shows 35 seconds of me standing still keeping an eye on my ping to see if it got any better. After being assured by a few that I'm good to go, I continued the round.
Should you have more proof of me 'force' lagging, feel free to post it.

Thanks for the report.

The replay you have provided is not long enough for us to determine whether Bipolarity was spiking/lagging while hosting and ignoring the players who say otherwise.

Next time make sure to record longer and also take some screenshots of yourself or other players advising the host of their net issues.
