    Heres a quick tuto how you could potentially fix fps drop issues, worked for me.
    1] Make sure power and sleep settings are on balanced or high if its on power saver you dun goofed


    2] Open a folder and write %temp% in the search bar, delete everything inside of %temp%, these are junk files


    3] Disable Xbox Game application, useless app that takes away frames




    Final step would be to go to control panel and uninstall all useless programs that just take up space and disable all useless programs that just auto-start upon turning on the PC and taking away CPU%



    These steps actually fixed my frame issues completely, my guess is i had power saver on and it was messing with the PC performance somehow. Hope this also helps someone out
