In the replay's he provided you, I just tried to escape.
because this is a known spiking/lagging user.

I informed him to fix his lags in hebrew, he ignored me.

Death avoiding: He has done it only once which is not enough for a punishment. However, it is still against the rules which is why I'm gonna give him a verbal warning.

Spiking/Lagging: You're right, he was indeed lagging. But, you provided a replay of 8 minutes and 40 seconds and you only informed him about his net issues at the end of the replay (Around minute 8) and he left the room after you informed him which is why I'm not gonna give him any punishment, should of said it earlier.

There is no excuse for avoiding death, you could report him just like you did now - Your warning stays.
