as far as i can tell the user's ping was stable at 40-60, except at two instances where it was lower. whether mattie uses a vpn to accomplish this or not doesnt matter, if the recordings don't support the evidence provided by screenshots, no punishment will be given. I assume tony watched the replays and saw that there were no spikes/teleports, but will inform them of their ping because, in the end, it is 10-60.
