add a counter/marker for enemies affected by flash

I like using flash nades. However there is no indicator to when an enemy is actually flashed or not. So once I throw the flash nade there's no way to tell if it affects the enemy or not. Most of the time I end up asking the enemy if they I flashed them or not and I just get a mix of yes's and no's.

Maybe add a hit sound if someone get's flashed like you have hit sounds for guns?


Flashing causes stun
Also adding a brief stun to flash nades would be a nice addition. But only add the stun if it's a direct 100% flash (pure white screen). Otherwise no stun is applied. I believe tweaking the flash nades would further increase utilization of the nade and provide a more diverse gaming experience and give players an incentive to stray away from the classic hp/ap med loadout.
