He just did it again.
All my access to the actual game is being denied now, no idea why. When I boot it up no servers are visible.

You have to understand that we need some good evidence before can ban someone for DDoSing.
Someone saying "bye" isn't exactly solid evidence of them DDoSing you. A screenshot with no servers displaying could very well be made by just disconnecting from the internet and then taking a screenshot of it. I'm not saying you did, but from our end it's a possibility.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.

Yeah i totally feel your end aswell, I'm just saying he did this. I never reported anyone for ddosing before. Me and Bram legit never have any form of internet issues.
