This player does have net issues for a long time which works in his favor, nothing has changed since the last time I reported him. This player does think its fine to be a lagger, Since the GM's completely ignored the fact that he has net issues. So he started killing me yesterday after we both were told to avoid each other in game.
Take my first replay for an example when I informed him about his net TonySoprano ignored my call but when Tomas informed Ice about his net issues TonySoprano got reminded to act like a GM. It's not the first time that people were complaining about his net issue of the player.
There has been a lot of different players which share the same issue.
And look at the future GM justifying his friend just because they are friends. but when he get annoyed by a lagger he act different and reported him. I wonder what will happen if he becomes an official GM.
