Figured out what is this report about.
The reported user C^1o^9u^Cn^Ft^4s used Macro, and it's allowed as long as it's in Training mode ONLY. I could not understand which game-mode was that, so I assume it was in Training mode (Skillmap v3, etc).
Also, keep in mind we do NOT accept videos/replays taken by F10 key. Next time provide replays using the F11 key, and screenshots by F12 key. This is in order to follow the requirements of the reports section.

As the Trial GMs said Macroing is allowed in training rooms as long as he/she is not annoying other people with it. As I looked into what rooms you have created it was a Training room so No action will be taken here.
